What is Group Coaching?

Group coaching is a weekly meeting for a small group of people on Zoom.  In this experience I will give mindset training about sleep apnea and CPAP, then I will take questions and do coaching to help people who are in the meeting.

The goal is for these sessions to be inviting and promote belonging, acceptance, and real progress toward peaceful sleep. The idea is to move from anxiety, frustration, and discomfort with CPAP to more harmonious feelings and empowerment.
