Manta Sleep Mask - 100% light-blocking eye mask, zero eye pressure.
Air Compression Foot and Leg Massager with/without Heat - These can be used for lower leg/foot massage or to improve pain and circulation. It can also work well for people with restless legs syndrome (RLS).
Blackout shades - Totally worth it for the short summer nights in Minnesota. Or a midday nap.
Bed sheets: bamboo or cotton are most breathable and soft. When was the last time you got new sheets? I got QuickZip sheets because I was tired of wrestling with my mattress to get the fitted sheet on.
White or pink noise machine. Using a sound conditioner can help block out noises in your environment that disrupt your sleep. There are a variety of features and price ranges- pick one that suits you.
Dimmable, color-changing smart bulb. These can be incorporated into your “smart home” or just buy a red bulb to stand alone. If you get up in the middle of the night use the red lighting to make it easier to go back to sleep.
